Put Down What You Are Carrying

We are all carrying baggage. Something is always on our shoulders, whether it is baggage from a bad childhood or hurt from a toxic relationship or 5. For our own sanity we have to find something that allows us to put that baggage down if only for a moment or two. Mine is my photography, both in world and in RL. Find that thing and practice some self care.
