When my oldest child started college the President of the University gave a speech that stuck with me. He said, "You can do hard things..." 5 simple words that inspired me to change my life. We can do hard things. College is hard. Life is hard. Change is hard. Loss is hard. Growth is... hard. Our worlds are made out of hard things that we work through everyday. Stop complaining that what you face is hard and realize that you can do anything. I know today we are facing a life unlike any we have ever known, but we can do hard things. We can make these changes and come out better for it. And we can be there for each other along the way.
