I Know That There Will Be Better Days

Sometimes it's hard not to dwell in everything that is wrong. 2020 has not gone as anyone has expected, and whether you support a new shut down or want everything to open back up, we can all agree that we want things to get better. Lately I have struggled with staying positive in the face of so many changes, both in my life personally but also in the world around us. While change can be a good thing it almost always traumatic. I have started making goals, small ones, large ones, it doesn't matter. Maybe my goal for today is to leave the house for a walk. Maybe I have set a goal that on in July 2021 my butt will be softly cushioned by pure white sand.
